Terms of Membership.
EFFECTIVE DATE — JUNE 18, 2026
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These directives govern your access to, and participation within, Physicalities (hereinafter "The Collective," "we," or "our"). By formalizing your membership, you agree to be bound by these foundational terms. The Collective operates as an independent initiative facilitating visual discourse, physical salon events, and structural art practices based in London, United Kingdom.
MEMBERSHIP & SPATIAL ACCESS
Membership grants access to our physical and digital infrastructure, including bi-weekly salons and monthly activations. Access is strictly non-transferable. Physicalities reserves the right to modify the cadence, location, or format of these activations to preserve the integrity and sustainability of our shared spaces in London and beyond.
CODE OF PRAXIS
Inclusion within Physicalities is conditional upon an active commitment to our shared ethos. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward behaviors that uphold systemic hierarchies, discrimination, harassment, or spatial dominance. Members are expected to engage in all programming with an awareness of intersectional dynamics and mutual respect. Any violation of our safeguarding protocols will result in the immediate revocation of membership without refund or right to appeal.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONSENT
All intellectual property, documentation, and archival materials generated during Collective activations remain the absolute property of their respective creators. Members may not capture, distribute, or commodify the physical likeness, concepts, or work of other members without explicit, documented consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Physicalities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our localized events, use of our digital platforms, or interactions with other constituents of the initiative. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
