Your financial contribution acts as the lifeblood of this collective. It is exactly what allows us to maintain a closed ecosystem that is genuinely safe, fiercely independent, and entirely insulated from the demanding, often corrosive pressures of the commercial art market. Every contribution is pooled to ensure that our physical footprint in London remains a reliable, warm sanctuary for everyone involved.

We believe fundamentally that you should always maintain complete autonomy and control over your presence and your financial commitment to the collective. We want you to be here only for as long as this space continues to actively serve and nurture your creative practice. Should the time come when you need to step away, take a hiatus, or pause your support, you can initiate a cancellation of your recurring contribution at any time. Because we manage our community intentionally and manually, rather than relying on automated, faceless corporate portals, we ask that you send a formal cancellation directive directly to our team at admin@physicalities.com. To ensure we can respectfully process this before your next billing cycle initiates, we kindly require that you provide our administrative team with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled renewal date. Please rest assured that canceling simply stops the next payment; your access to our physical spaces, secure digital archives, and scheduled salons will remain fully active, unhindered, and welcomed until the absolute final day of your current paid cycle.

Operating an independent, physical brick-and-mortar space requires strict, careful budgeting and an immense amount of forward planning. Because our community relies heavily on predictable, sustained support to cover our rent, spatial curation, and the logistical realities of our closed-door events, we strictly cannot offer partial, mid-cycle, or pro-rated refunds if you make the decision to cancel before your current month has naturally concluded. The moment you join, you are immediately granted untethered access to our curated digital archives and our private spaces, making immediate financial reversals entirely unsustainable for the collective's broader health. We enforce this boundary gently but firmly to protect the shared resources of the group. However, we are a collective run by human beings, and we understand that technology can occasionally fail. If you believe you have been charged in error due to a technical glitch, an administrative oversight on our end, or an accidental duplicated payment, please reach out directly to us at admin@physicalities.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will prioritize reviewing the discrepancy and will happily make it right.
